Can I reserve a room over the phone or email?

No. You must come and see us in person when you are ready to rent a room. Since we offer long term accommodation without fixed-term tenancies, we are unable to take advance bookings, like a traditional hotel. Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Can I stay for one night?

For the majority of the year we require guests to stay for a minimum of 28 days. However, over the Christmas period we may have vacancies that could be for shorter periods.

How long do I have to stay?

For the majority of the year, we require a minimum stay of 28 days.

How much departure notice is required?

We ask that guests give us 48-hours notice of their intention to depart. This is only applicable after the 28 days period.

How much is the bond?

If you would like to rent a private room, the required bond is equivalent to four weeks rent. If you choose a shared room, the bond is equivalent to one weeks rent.

What’s included?

Your rent includes a fully furnished room with power and water. You will also get 24-hour access to a communal kitchen, lounge, and coin operated laundry facilities.
