HOW TO GET A ROOM - ST GEORGE ACCOMMODATION

Because we offer accommodation with a boarding house tenancy agreement (minimum 28 days stay), we are unable to take advanced bookings like a traditional hotel. You must come and see us in person when you are ready to rent a room. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

• Apply for a viewing here.
• Come and see us Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• View the room type you require.
• Fill out an application and present a Photo ID (Passport, driver's license, Kiwi Access card).
• Pay your first week's rent & refundable bond.
• Sign a tenancy agreement for a minimum term of 28 days.
• Welcome home!
